Subscription Terms

1. Trial Period

We may offer a free or paid trial subscription for our service. If you do not cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, you will be automatically charged the price indicated on the payment screen for the chosen subscription period.

2. Subscription Renewal

Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each period (weekly, monthly, every 6 months, yearly, or as otherwise selected by you) until you cancel.

3. Payment Method

Payment will be charged to the payment method you provided at the time of purchase, upon confirmation of purchase. By making a purchase, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your payment method.

4. Cancellation

Canceling your subscription disables automatic renewal, but you will retain access to all subscription features for the remaining period of the current subscription. You can cancel a trial or subscription by contacting our support or adjusting settings.

5. Fee Changes

We reserve the right, within the limits of applicable laws, to change subscription fees at any time. We will notify you of any such changes by posting new prices on the app, sending an email notification, or through other prominent means. If you do not agree to the new fees, you can cancel your subscription before the changes take effect

6. Refunds

Subject to applicable law, purchases made via our website are typically non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless stated otherwise herein or required by law.

NOTE FOR EU CITIZENS:

If you are an EU user, you have a 14-day withdrawal period from the contract without giving a reason and without incurring any costs. However, this right does not apply if the amount paid for the subscription period does not exceed 50€ or the minimum threshold set by your country.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by email. You may use the provided withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, send your communication before the withdrawal period expires.

If you withdraw from the contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice. Reimbursement will be made using the same payment method unless agreed otherwise; you will not incur any fees.

If you provided prior express consent to start performance during the withdrawal period and acknowledged losing your right of withdrawal, you may not be eligible for a refund for digital content, only for digital services. In such cases, we will provide confirmation of your consent.
